RESIDENTIAL DECONSTRUCTION
Deconstruction (de·con·struc·tion \ˌdē-kən-ˈstrək-shən) is the process of taking a house apart, piece by piece, so as to be able to salvage the materials for reuse.
If you have a building in Houston that you'd like to see Deconstructed, you can receive a tax benefit while keeping those reusable materials in circulation.
Why fill up the landfill?
Deconstruction provides an environmentally-friendly way to clear your lot, keep materials out of the landfill, and save money on your demolition costs.
We are the Houston-area Partner Warehouse of The ReUse People (TRP), a national 501(c)3 non-profit and can coordinate the deconstruction of your home. We specialize in Residential Deconstruction but may be able to help on non-residential projects from time to time.
